2. Products & Condition Grading

All clubs sold by Smooth Swing Golf are pre-owned and have been carefully inspected before listing. Every item in our inventory undergoes a thorough 12-point inspection covering club face condition, shaft integrity, grip wear, hosel and ferrule condition, loft and lie accuracy, and overall playability.

We grade each club using the following condition scale:

• Excellent: Minimal signs of use. May show light bag chatter but no significant marks on the face or sole. Performs like new.
• Good: Normal signs of play. Some cosmetic wear visible but structurally sound and fully playable. A great value option.
• Fair: Visible wear consistent with regular use. May have scuffs, dings, or re-gripping. Functionally solid but cosmetically imperfect.

We strive to accurately represent the condition of each item through photos and descriptions. If you have questions about a specific club before purchasing, please contact us.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorised.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. Estimated delivery times vary by shipping method selected at checkout and destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on processing times, available carriers, and our policy on lost or damaged packages.

Smooth Swing Golf is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Personal injury resulting from use of equipment purchased from our store

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item in question.
